Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day no-questions-asked refund on all PRO license purchases.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within 14 days of purchase, email us at hello@mmwo.io with:

The email address used for the purchase
Your order/transaction ID (visible in your payment confirmation email)

We will process the refund within 3–5 business days. The refunded amount will be returned to your original payment method.

After a Refund

Once a refund is issued, your license key will be deactivated and the PRO features will no longer be available. You can continue using RefDrop under the free tier (50 images per day).

Exceptions

Refunds requested more than 14 days after purchase are considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact us and we will do our best to help.

Technical Issues

If RefDrop is not working as expected, please reach out to us first at hello@mmwo.io. We are happy to help resolve any issues before processing a refund.
