By downloading, installing, or using RefDrop (the "Software"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
RefDrop is sold as a lifetime license. Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use the Software on your devices for personal or commercial purposes.
You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Software or your license key.
RefDrop may be used free of charge up to a lifetime limit of 50 image transfers. No time limit applies to the free tier — it is a cumulative usage cap, not a trial period.
The PRO license removes the usage cap and enables unlimited image transfers. The PRO license is a one-time payment with no recurring fees. All future updates to the Software are included.
You agree to use RefDrop only for lawful purposes. You must not:
RefDrop does not collect personal data beyond what is strictly necessary for license verification. See our Privacy Policy for details.
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted. Use at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law principles.
