Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day no-questions-asked refund on all PRO license purchases.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within 14 days of purchase, email us at hello@mmwo.io with:

The email address used for the purchase
Your order/transaction ID (visible in your payment confirmation email)

We will process the refund within 3–5 business days. The refunded amount will be returned to your original payment method.

After a Refund

Once a refund is issued, your license key will be deactivated and the PRO features will no longer be available. You can continue using RefDrop under the free tier (lifetime 50-image limit).

Exceptions

Refunds requested more than 14 days after purchase are considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact us and we will do our best to help.

Technical Issues

If RefDrop is not working as expected, please reach out to us first at hello@mmwo.io. We are happy to help resolve any issues before processing a refund.
